Our unisex underpants help to prevent a broken hip in the case of a fall. Comfortable to wear, they are suitable for day and night. The Servohip protector absorbs impact there where it is most needed: At the hip. The pads are placed in the pockets at the side of the underpants. The pads are made of thin, elastic material with are incredibly impact-resistant.

WHY WEAR SOFT PROTECTORS AND NOT HARD-SHELL PROTECTORS?

Hard-shell protectors are sold for the same purpose as our soft protectors. In most cases, these also offer enough protection to prevent a broken hip. Rather than asking “Which type of protector should I wear?”, ask yourself “Which protector, soft or hard, is comfortable enough for me to wear day and night?”. Hard-shell protectors are difficult to wear in bed. When sleeping on one’s side they are in the way and can cause pain. Which mean: that they are removed at night and left by the side of the bed. As a result: the protector is often not worn when going to the toilet, a large number of hip fractures occur during the night!
