CLEARTEST CrP control set
1 x positive control and 1 x negative controlThe CLEARTEST CRP control set, consisting of a positive and a negative control, is used to monitor and validate the performance of the CRP test parameter. The control set should be used by healthcare professionals as an "external quality control" as part of a quality control system.
The positive control contains lyophilised powder of recombinant CRP antigen. The negative control contains no detectable CRP antigen.
- Unopened: The controls are stable until the expiry date when stored at 2 to 30°C.
Opened:
- Undissolved controls are stable for 1 week at 2 to 30°C.
- Dissolved controls are stable for 1 day at 2 to 8°C.
- Do not freeze and thaw repeatedly, best results are obtained if the control is run immediately after opening.
- Storage at 2-30°C
