A rapid, visual immunoassay for the qualitative determination of human troponin I in EDTA-blood, capillary blood, serum or plasma. The CLEARTEST® TROPONIN I test is ideal for diagnosing of an acute coronar syndrome. After a myocardial infarction the cardial troponins (cTn - T and - I) are detectable in blood in approx 3 to 8 hours from beginning of the pains.
DETECTION: from 4 - 6 hours up to 6 - 10 days after myocardial infarction.
Cut-off: 0,5 ng/ml
Results after 10 minutes.
Storage at 2 - 30 ºC.
Now delivered with single dropper bottles for the buffer solution, so there is no possibility of transmission and there is sufficient reagents for each cassette.
