Returns
Returns of goods are only possible with prior written consent from servoprax. If we are prepared to accept the return, the goods must be sent to servoprax in perfect condition, carriage and packaging paid. At the same time you will receive a return number from servoprax, which must be recognisable on the outside of the packages.
Independently of this, servoprax will charge the costs incurred for the inspection and possible re-storage of the goods (Business and Delivery Conditions).

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel items, e.g. because the delivery time is too long, the cancellation must be made in writing by fax or e-mail before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have already been packed and sent on their way, a cancellation can no longer be accepted. It is also not possible to cancel goods which we have ordered specially for you or which are specially manufactured, e.g. X-ray protective clothing. The cancellation must be addressed directly to the servoprax returns department.
