Service technician on site
In case of installation by servoprax service technicians, the specialist dealer is expected to provide at least 1 strong assistant to the service technician for the installation. On the part of the specialist dealer, it must be ensured that the furniture is delivered by the specialist dealer to the practice rooms after delivery by the forwarding agent, i.e. the openings of doors / lifts are suitable for transport.
The servoprax service technicians are not obliged to transport the furniture on site, but merely carry out the installation and instruction at the place of use.

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:
- Cash on collection
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Invoice payment
For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:
- Pre-payment by bank transfer
Further details on payment
If you pay in advance within 14 days after order confirmation, we will grant you a 2% discount on the gross value of the order. The invoice amount is to be settled within 30 days in the case of payment on account.
